Privacy policy

1. Who operates EarnLoop

EarnLoop is operated under the developer name EarnLoop. References to “EarnLoop”, “we”, “our”, or “us” mean the developer and operator of the EarnLoop Android application and associated web services.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information

We collect your name, email address, Firebase authentication identifier, profile photo when supplied by Google Sign-In, language or region preferences, onboarding status, and earning interests.

Task and user-generated content

We collect task submissions, written proof, selected photographs or screenshots, task status, review decisions, rejection reasons, timestamps, and campaign activity. Photo access occurs only when you choose a file for task proof; EarnLoop does not continuously scan your photo library.

Wallet and payout information

We process points balances, reward transactions, withdrawal requests, UPI identifiers, payment references, payout status, and related fraud-review records. Do not submit bank passwords, UPI PINs, card PINs, or one-time passwords. EarnLoop never needs them.

Device, app activity, and diagnostics

We process app interactions, authentication events, task and withdrawal activity, crash reports, performance information, device or app integrity signals, approximate technical device information, IP-derived security signals, and identifiers used to prevent duplicate accounts, replay attacks, or abuse.

Support communications

We collect messages, account references, and resolution status when you contact support.

3. Information we do not request

EarnLoop does not request precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone access, health information, government identification numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. If future features require additional data, this policy and any required in-app disclosure will be updated before collection begins.

4. How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and maintain user profiles.
• Display, operate, verify, and review reward tasks.
• Maintain an auditable wallet ledger and process withdrawals.
• Detect duplicate submissions, account abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Provide support, resolve disputes, and communicate service notices.
• Measure reliability, diagnose crashes, and improve app performance.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce the Terms of Use.

5. Service providers and sharing

EarnLoop uses Google Firebase and Google Sign-In. Firebase services used include Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, App Check/Play Integrity, Analytics, and Crashlytics. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver authentication, hosting, storage, security, analytics, and diagnostic services.

We may disclose information to payment or campaign partners only when needed to verify a task or complete a payout, to professional advisers under confidentiality, or when required by valid legal process. We may also transfer data during a merger, acquisition, or service transfer with appropriate notice and protection.

EarnLoop does not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not publicly disclose UPI identifiers, withdrawal information, or private task proof.

6. Security

Information is transmitted over HTTPS. We use authenticated access, server-controlled wallet operations, Firebase security rules, App Check and Play Integrity signals, restricted proof storage, rate limiting, immutable transaction records, release signing, and administrative access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the information processed.

7. Retention

Account and profile information is retained while your account is active. Task proof, wallet activity, withdrawal records, support messages, and fraud signals are retained while needed to operate the service, complete reviews, resolve disputes, protect users, and meet legal obligations. Temporary logs, crash reports, backups, and provider records expire according to operational or provider retention schedules.

When an account is deleted, associated profile, wallet, task submissions, withdrawals, uploaded proof, and authentication credentials are deleted from active EarnLoop systems. Limited records may be retained only where reasonably required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or law; retained records are restricted and removed or anonymized when no longer required.

8. Account deletion and your choices

You can permanently delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account, or use the public EarnLoop account-deletion page. Pending rewards or withdrawals must first be resolved so funds are not lost or left unreconciled. Deletion cannot be undone.

You may request access, correction, or information about your data by emailing realgod7t@gmail.com or by using Profile → Help in the app.

9. Children

EarnLoop is intended for users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If we learn that information from a child was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in India and in locations where Google or other service providers operate. We require service providers to handle information under applicable safeguards.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may also be communicated in the app.
