Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using EarnLoop, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering these Terms, and permitted to use the service in your location. You are responsible for complying with applicable tax, payout, and local legal requirements.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information, maintain only one account unless EarnLoop gives written permission, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Tasks and proof

Each task may contain instructions, eligibility conditions, deadlines, participant limits, proof requirements, reward points, and an estimated review time. You must follow those instructions and submit truthful proof that you created or are authorized to provide.

Do not submit confidential information, unlawful material, malware, stolen images, deceptive content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. By submitting proof, you grant EarnLoop a limited right to store, inspect, process, and share it with authorized reviewers or campaign partners solely to operate, verify, audit, and resolve the task.

5. Rewards and wallet

Displayed rewards are offers subject to availability and verification. Points are not cash, deposits, stored-value accounts, or transferable property until an eligible withdrawal is approved and paid. Pending points may be rejected or reversed for invalid proof, duplicate activity, campaign reversal, technical error, or abuse.

EarnLoop may correct ledger errors while preserving an audit trail. We do not promise a particular number of tasks, qualification rate, reward amount, or level of earnings.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the minimum shown in the app, available balance, account-age and fraud checks, accurate UPI details, limits, and manual or automated review. Processing estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for entering the correct payout destination and for taxes or charges that apply to you.

EarnLoop will never ask for your UPI PIN, banking password, card PIN, or one-time password. Do not pay anyone who claims a fee is required to unlock an EarnLoop reward.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Multiple or false identities, account sharing, referral loops, or duplicate payout destinations used to evade limits.
• Bots, scripts, emulators, tampered clients, replay attacks, fabricated proof, or attempts to bypass security.
• Harassment, unlawful content, interference with the service, reverse engineering where prohibited, or unauthorized access.
• Manipulating app installs, reviews, ratings, advertisements, surveys, campaigns, or third-party services.

8. Reviews, suspension, and reversals

EarnLoop may review activity, hold withdrawals, reject proof, reverse unverified rewards, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, campaigns, or the service. Where appropriate, a reason will be shown and support will be available. Serious fraud or security abuse may result in permanent closure and lawful reporting.

9. Third-party services

Authentication, cloud infrastructure, campaigns, surveys, advertisements, and payouts may rely on third parties with their own terms and availability. EarnLoop is not responsible for third-party outages or content but remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

EarnLoop’s software, name, branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

11. Service changes

We may add, change, pause, or remove tasks and features; perform maintenance; or discontinue the service. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes and handle valid available balances consistently with applicable law.

12. Disclaimer and limitation

EarnLoop is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost expected earnings, or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use, fraudulent submissions, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

14. Account deletion

You may delete your account after pending rewards and withdrawals are resolved, either in the app or through the web deletion page. See the Privacy Policy for deletion and retention details.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through support. Unresolved disputes will be handled by courts with competent jurisdiction in India.

16. Changes and contact
